At this time, we do not offer international shipping YET.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been confirmed.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be slightly extended during peak sales periods, public holidays, or promotional events.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are:
• Main centres: 2-7 business days from confirmation of your order.
• Regional and outlying areas: 7-10 business days from confirmation of your order.

Shipping Rates
A flat shipping fee of R120 applies to all orders under R1200.
Orders of R1200 or more qualify for free shipping.
Promotional free-shipping offers may be available from time to time through selected coupon codes.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so that you can track your parcel through The Courier Guy.
